With the absence of reason and certainly rhyme, i throw together a few unrelated strands of thought inducing web-snippets. California’s prison system is buggered. The people’s governor is now talking about exporting female and non-violent inmates to prisons out of state. To be fair to our jokeshop
governator, he is trying to repair the sins of California politicians and constituents since the eighties. Behind the federal penitentiary system, California runs the largest penal system in the world. Figures currently stand at an all time high of 172,000. Arnold suggested building two new prisons to house the inmates sleeping in corridors and gymnasiums. No doubt they would be better then the current triple bunking – ask the guy who got sent down for peddling pot and lives with two rapists. Arnold will never get new prisons built. The people won’t stand for it, the economy won’t stand for it and most
likely prisoners won’t stand for it. Who gives a shit what the prison guards think? New prisons was the policy of previous politicians who also failed to stem the causes of crime. The only result of of new prisons is new inmates and an ever-burgeoning population.
