So the Japanese are set to build a new universe, which even after repeat reading, I&#039;m not sure what that means... Worm holes?  Black holes?  We&#039;ve heard the terms but Star Trek has perverted my understanding of what they might means... The idea of people creating a black hole sounds pretty, um, dumb... The gravity&#039;s intense enough to trap light-- do we really want labcoats poached from Sony and Mitsubishi dicking with black holes?

But my favorite thing is that the proposed universe will be so small you won&#039;t even know it&#039;s there so we can all have cake and ice-cream whenever it is decided that the universe has been created... Like how the article claims that the big bang has been &quot;well tested&quot; as a thoery...</description>
